"I went back to have my 50S Sena checked out. I was having problems with the charging unit. They took the time to diagnose the problem. I had purchased the warranty with the headset, so after a few minutes, it was determined that the actual Sena DC power charging port that was causing the issue. They immediately exchanged the unit. Thanks guys for figuring out the problem!
